5/7/2021: For April, 2021 billing statements, we transitioned to a new platform responsible for generating, printing and mailing. We are aware of an issue that ignored account combinations (for legal entities that have more than one location serviced by us) resulting in statements going out to each location. Separately, from 5/5-5/7, individual delivery invoices started being printed and mailed. At this time, we recommend all statements and invoices be discarded. We will be re-sending account statements as soon as the issue is resolved. Accounts that go into past-due status due to this will not experience delivery interruptions or finance charges.
