We will be migrating our e-mail services from an on-premise Exchange server to Microsoft 365 on the evening of Friday, May 18th. E-mail services may be unreliable over the weekend while the Internet DNS re-directs all e-mails to the new service.
On Thursday, May 17th, you will receive an e-mail with a temporary password for your new account and instructions on how to change your password to something private. Retain, but do NOT change your password until Saturday, May 19th.
If you would like Outlook to be set-up for you during the migration, you MUST send an e-mail to [email protected] by 5pm on Thursday, May 17th with the username (e.g. trauh) and password (e.g. Welcome7) used to login to the computer. This advanced configuration will only be available for Worcester employees. Assistance for Windham employees will be offered starting at 6am on Monday via a remote GoToAssist session.
Starting on Saturday, May 19th, you will be able to login and check your new e-mails at https://webmail.pepsiworcester.com or https://webmail.windhampepsi.com. You can bookmark this address now as this is how you will check your e-mails from a browser when out of the office. Please note that old e-mails will not move over to your new account, but if you have Outlook installed on your computer, that local copy will be retained.
